Recently, I've been falling asleep to 30 Rock S2 Disc 2, starting with "MILF Island" and twice this week (once last night and once the night before), I've had 30 Rock / Tina Fey dreams.
Tuesday night, I had a dream that I was hanging out with Liz Lemon and Jenna Maroney and we were talking about Jack Donaghy. I don't remember what about Jack, but just that he was the topic of conversation.
Wednesday night (last night), I had a dream that Tina Fey was not married to Jeff Richmond, but instead, was engaged to marry Jerry Seinfeld (maybe the falling asleep to "Seinfeld Vision" a lot last week has finally caught up with me?) and I was at the NBC Engagement Party. Yes, NBC threw them an engagement party because hello? They were two big NBC stars getting married to each other. The network would pimp that motha OUT.
At this engagement party, I was standing close to Jerry and we were laughing at some clip montage thing they were showing of their work, but it was weird because this one clip of Jerry had him in this cowboy outfit with a guitar. So bizarre and completely made up by my brain.
Other guests at the party? Brian B. and Phyllis from The Office. :)
Is two funny people having a baby like two pretty people having a baby? Because I fear I'll have a dream tonight where Jerry and Tina have a child and the kid is NOT funny. :)
I also had these two weird dreams last night that I was telling Kristin Chenoweth why I thought Olive Snook was like Chloe Sullivan and I was explaining to my boss why Bea Arthur is one of my heroines (which, she is because I do love The Golden Girls and respect what she did on Maude). Those dreams aren't totally out of the blue because I DID watch Pushing Daisies last night before going to bed and a few weeks ago, I DID watch a documentary on Bea Arthur's life and career.
This is why I have my "No Lost Before Bed" rule. If I watch it before I sleep, I dream about it. Therefore, I do not want dreams of Creepy!Claire or Yemi from Lost. I would have NIGHTMARES.

amused
I always seem to have the most awesome dreams when I fall asleep to 30 Rock.
a. The song is kind of melancholy, and I couldn't find clips that fit the tempo.
b. The lyrics imply that the singer is addressing an ex-girlfriend ("This boy wants you back again"), which didn't fit.
When I woke up, I tried to decide if such a video would actually work, but I decided it wouldn't.
A Jack/Liz/Dennis vid could be awesome :)
1. You wake up feeling so good and happy that you want to go back into the dream.
2. You wake up so freaked out that you're extremely happy to be awake and don't want to go back to bed.
3. You wake up wondering what the heck just happened and are confused for the next couple hours.
These dreams definitely fall into category one. They're great! If Tina and Jerry ever did get married, NBC would definitely throw them one of the biggest engagement parties ever!
P.S. Bea Arthur rocks \m/
I don't think that will ever happen and I actually think Jeff and Tina's relationship is really sweet with little Alice...but, for some reason, my brain went there.
I'm curious now as to why I would have been as this epic engagement party. Was I on one of those shows? Did I know Tina and Jerry, personally? Did I crash it?
I'd like to think Jerry invited me as just a long-time friend or something, but then being one of their celebrity friends would have been cool, too.
I woke up before all these questions could be asked...
Bea Arthur does rock :)
