John and Marlena are cold towards each other?  What's new?  They did make me laugh with that New Year's encounter, though. 

Why in the world are Bo and Hope hanging out in the hospital with Stefano and Tony?  That seemed REALLY strange to me.  I kind of remember Hope and Lexie being friends, but seeing as how as I kind of can't stand Lexie, I don't really care about their friendship.  I guess I should care about Lexie's son, but I just don't.  Where is Abe?  However, I did LOL about the kid needing brain surgery.  Oh, soap opera.

Nicole's storyline seems to be bringing the only real drama in the show, but what a trite thing to have her faking a pregnancy/baby so that E.J. will marry her.  Haven't we been there/done that on Days?  I feel like someone else did that...or, at least, another soap did.  Just feels unimaginative to me.

I'm glad to see old Phillip back because the one who married Belle always annoyed me, but having just seen some clip of him helping Belle cheat on Shawn did not sit well with me.  What a sleaze and Belle is a ho for that.  The scene made me laugh because Phillip told her something about how there was more passion in the room with him than with Shawn and I was like, "dude, Belle and Shawn made a barn burn down when they had sex".  LOL.

By the way, how did I miss the Shelle Wedding?  Geez, I've been out of touch with Days way too long.  Must catch up on that because if anything, I would have been glad to see them finally tie the knot.

I usually only watch soaps during the summer, so maybe I don't realize that the good stuff only happens around May - September.  Hoping Days kicks in and things start getting interesting because it's truly BORING to me right now.
